The Coleford Private Balanced Fund (the “Fund”) is an open-end pooled fund structured as a class of shares of Coleford Private Funds Corporation, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to the Articles. Coleford Investment Management Ltd. is the manager of the Fund (the “Manager”).

(December 28, 2007) DIVIDEND NOTICE TO ALL SERIES F CLASS SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD ON 28th DECEMBER 2007
Coleford Private Funds Corporation announced on 28th December 2007, a $14,900.00 dividend to be paid on the 31st December 2007 to all Series F Class shareholders of record on the 28th December 2007. For the record and for income tax purposes each Series F Class shareholder of record should be aware that the $0.07514 share dividend payment will be made-up of two separate dividends totaling $0.07514. The amount of $0.07514 per Series F class share is classified as an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
